Sutherland is seeking an attentive and team-oriented person to join us as a people manager role for NICE Actimize program. This is a role for a talented professional that should encourage positive relationships between employees, and to ensure that every employee delivers as much value as possible for the organization.

Job Description

The people manager role performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

Manage a technical support group to serve the client in the best possible way.
Work with technical managers to facilitate and support team members? technical and career growth objectives through training, mentoring, and work assignments.
Work with technical hiring managers to hire the best engineers. This includes direct participation and delegation of all recruitment and hiring activities as needed.
Proactive and on-going performance management activities including regular 1:1s for establishing direction and providing corrective and reinforcing feed-back intended to help engineers to define and achieve career objectives and participating withing the team.
Work with technical managers and product directors to carry out lessons learned from bad CSATs and mistakes made.
Help drive efficient, high quality processes leading to customer satisfaction.
Help coordinate team administrative tasks, such as: vacations, payroll, HR and IT requests.
Work with technical managers to do engagement activities within the team.
Be an approachable people manager with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrate team building skills and as well as be a team player.
Great initiative: proven ability to tackle situations with a can do attitude

Qualifications

2 years? experience as a people manager in BPO companies.
Excellent English communication skills (B2+ or higher)
College degree (preferable) in relevant technical field.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills (logical thinker).
High level people leadership qualities, skills, key contributor for growth of business and support.
Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization including effective communicator with the client both written and verbal.
Ability to influence and motivate others.
Ability to analyze problems, detect root causes and resolve all issues
