Sales Team Leader

We are growing and we are looking for new Team Leaders, to join our team!

What Youll Do:

-As a Team Leader, you will manage and lead a team of employees. You will communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines.

-Also will motivate team members and assess performance. Providing help to management, including hiring and training, and keeping management updated on team performance.

-Demonstrate and ensure both, sales and exceptional customer service skills are being applied in every interaction with customers.


-Adherence to Information Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, Client Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Learning Agreements disciplined in executing systems, processes, and initiatives.

Mandatory requirements:

*Experience as a TL in BPO
*Experience as a TL in Sales Campaigns (At least 6 months)
*English B2+ or C1 (Not certified but proven proficiency)
*Full-time availability, this is a 24/7 Campaign
