Job Title: Intake Specialist (Sales Representative)

Role Description: As an Intake Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your empathetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that clients feel heard and understood. Youll gather essential information, guide them through the intake process, and set the stage for a positive client experience.

Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Interact with potential clients, listen to their stories, and assess their needs.
- Information Gathering: Obtain relevant details about accidents, injuries, and legal concerns.
- Documentation: Record client histories, medical backgrounds, and other essential data.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and consultations.
- Compassionate Support: Reassure clients who may be confused or anxious.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to ensure seamless case management.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in outbound calls (BPO industry)
- English advanced B2/C1 (must).
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Empathy and active listening abilities.
- Organizational prowess.
- Familiarity with legal terminology (preferred but not mandatory).

What We Offer:
- Independent contract (freelance - prestación de servicios)
- Working hours: 40h weekly
- Primas de servicios will be paid every half and end of year.
- Work remotely.
- Time Doctor (Software) for security and payroll purposes.
