Position: Paralegal
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.
Cities: [Medellín,Barranquilla,Bogotá,Bucaramanga, Cali
Modality: Remote
Job description
Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
Case manager- Assistant.
Speaking with clients and making sure that they are going to their treatment.
Between legal assistant and paralegal.
Sending out monthly text to the client.
Follow up with the clients to make sure they are going to be treated.
Small block.
Getting information into the software.
Remind the paralegal to send emails.
Getting medical records.
Keeping track of medical records.
Helping the existing employees with some administrative assistance.
Skills:

Great customer service.
Excellent communication Skills.
Go getter.
Team player.
Self-starter.
Excellent English level, this Is a client facing position. Experience/background:
Experience in personal injury. 6 months to 1 year.
