QA Specialist and Reporting (Remote) English B2

We are looking to our next Reporting and Quality Assurance Specialist to work with us!

We are looking for a Data driven person, that will help us on the KPI reporting of the whole company.

Responsibilities
Reporting of all Department KPIs.
Quality Assurance of new employees.
Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a QA Specialist.
Experience with Email and Call Supervision.
Must be bilingual (B2+/C1).
Effective and consistent communication abilities.
Capable of problem-solving and multitasking.

Job Information
Independent Contract Agreement. (Freelance - Prestación de Servicios).
Primas will be paid every half and end of year.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Work At Home.
Use your own computer.
Time Doctor (Software) as a tracker for Security and Payroll purposes.
