Tech Community Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Tech Community Manager to join our Talent Growth team and help us achieve our goals. This professional will be responsible for building BairesDevs internal and external communities, creating and executing the strategy to engage and retain employees, and attracting an external audience to apply for our open positions.

What You Will Do:

- Build and manage the BairesDev community for external and internal audiences.
- Align with different internal stakeholders and create a consolidated Community Strategy.
- Assist in the development of a schedule of actions and touchpoints for the audience and community in a variety of areas.
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external community events in partnership with other teams from BairesDev.
- Plan and launch new community programs based on the communitys needs and opportunities.
- Propose and coordinate the creation and management of external and internal groups to grow and nurture our community.
- Serve as the point of contact for ambassadors and other similar roles in internal and external projects and initiatives.

Heres what we are looking for:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Program/Community Management.
- Previous experience with tech communities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly and upbeat attitude.
- Desirable: experience building a community or digital movement, or working for a Latin American tech-based EdTech company.
- Track record of building a community strategy from the ground up.
- Advanced English level.
