Your Role:
Provide outstanding customer support via phone ensuring smooth and positive experience for every interaction.
Identify costumer needs and opportunities to recommend and offer personalized solutions through cross-selling.
Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For:
Language Level: B2 (Advanced).
Education and Work Experience Requirement: High School graduated.
Availability: 42 Hours per week, Full time job.
Skills & Qualities: Empathetic, Responsible, Outgoing, Good listener and Proactive.
