Bilingual Customer Service Agent for the support line of a car rental company, with skills in customer service, problem-solving, attention to detail, among others. Responsibilities include providing information about the companys products and offering support to users who already have a service with the company.
Interaction Channels: Phone, chat, tickets.

Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
