Are you a proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team and provide exceptional support to clients while managing key administrative tasks. What youll do: Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering outstanding customer service. Gather and document critical client information for case management. Manage and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner. Draft letters of representation and other business correspondence. Complete reports and maintain organized digital files in Dropbox. Support daily administrative operations with accuracy and attention to detail. What were looking for: 12 years of customer service experience. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to type accurately while actively listening to clients. Strong empathy and emotional intelligence. Self-sufficient and capable of working with minimal supervision. Proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. Patience and professionalism, especially in challenging situations.
